Event Ambassadors
Go to the event for free, enjoy a great meal, and bid on items. Only catch is to work from 5-11 pm...there will be plenty of breaks (especially during the live auction). Responsibilities include: check-in, check-out, monitor silent auction sections, and monitor live auction.

Silent Auction Shift
Monitor the bidding activities by guests. Each volunteer will be assigned to a particular section. (The gym is divided into six sections. Each bleacher serves as a section, the fourth section is gift cards, and the final section is the wall under the basketball goal) Trainer: Michelle Hughes

Tear down and Relocate Unsold Items
Putting tables and chairs back where they belong, sweeping gym floor, putting trash bags in trash dumpster, putting classrooms back in order, taking unsold merchandise back to Auction room. Helping in anyway possible to get the school back to original state prior to Auction set-up.
